Estate Planning - TRUSTS.

Trusts are a way of holding assets or property so that they are protected, they can be set up either in your lifetime or alternativeley as terms within your will.

Trusts are an effective way of making provisions for your family members in regards to inheritance and succession planning, they make the way to retain a measure of flexibility and control.

They are an effective way to distribute to beneficiaries assets, without consumming time and money associated with long drawn out formalities of probate.

Discrectionary Trusts allow for flexibity and gives the trustee's discrectionary power to react to any change in circumstances.

Trusts also are an extremley effective way to protect and retain family wealth. The trustee's are able to control the use of and who uses funds for the benefit of the beneficiaries. They also provide protection to the beneficiaries from claims resluting from divorce and from creditors. Trusts are an important way of being able to hold family assets.

Trusts however should be dealt with specialist help, they have differing tax implications, so the right type of trust requires specialist advice.
